Self-Pay Discount

To assist patients without medical insurance we offer a discount in the following cases:
If bill is paid in full within 30 days of service, bill will be reduced by 20%
If bill is paid within 60 days of service, bill is reduced by 10%

Most insurance are accepted

Because of the numerous provider networks available, please contact your insurance company's Customer Service or Account Representative to verify your benefit coverage.
